1. Sponsor and Event

The $30,000 Vehicle Prize Drawing (“Prize Drawing”) is being conducted in connection with
an event hosted at:

The event will take place on Friday, September 18, 2026, beginning at
approximately 5:30 p.m.

The Prize Drawing is sponsored by Basil Family Dealerships (“Sponsor”),
subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the New York State Gaming
Commission and any applicable Games of Chance registration or license.

2. Eligibility

The Prize Drawing is open only to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older as of September 18, 2026;
• Are physically present at the event;
• Receive a ticket number upon entry to the event;
• Otherwise comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

One (1) entry per person is permitted.

Eligible attendees may include members of the general public, event sponsors, employees
of Basil Family Dealerships, and members of their families, to the extent permitted by
applicable law and the applicable Games of Chance registration or license.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the age and eligibility of any entrant.

3. Entry

Each eligible attendee will receive one (1) entry upon arrival at the event.

No purchase or separate payment is required to receive an entry.

Entries are personal to the attendee to whom they are issued and may not be sold,
transferred, assigned, exchanged, or duplicated.

An attendee may not receive more than one (1) entry.

Any attempt to obtain multiple entries, duplicate an entry, or otherwise manipulate the
entry process may result in disqualification.

4. Prize Drawing

One (1) eligible entrant will be selected at random during the live event on
Friday, September 18, 2026.

The drawing will take place at:

The method used to conduct the drawing will be determined and administered in accordance
with the applicable Games of Chance registration, license, and New York State requirements.

The drawing will be conducted openly and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Presence of Winner

The selected entrant must be present at the event at the time of the drawing in order to
claim the prize, to the extent permitted by the applicable Games of Chance registration
and New York State law.

If the selected entrant is not present or is otherwise determined to be ineligible,
the Sponsor will proceed with another selection in accordance with the approved drawing
procedure and applicable law.

6. The Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded.

The prize consists of a credit of up to Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000)
toward the purchase of one (1) eligible new or used vehicle from a participating
Basil Family Dealership.

The maximum prize value is $30,000.

The prize is a vehicle purchase credit only. It has no cash value and may not be redeemed,
in whole or in part, for cash or a cash equivalent.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.

7. Vehicle Selection and Purchase

The winner may select an eligible new or used vehicle from available inventory at a
participating Basil Family Dealership, subject to availability.

The $30,000 prize credit will be applied toward the purchase price of the selected vehicle.

If the purchase price of the selected vehicle is less than $30,000, the difference will
not be paid to the winner and will have no cash value.

If the purchase price of the selected vehicle exceeds $30,000, the winner is responsible
for paying or financing the remaining balance.

The winner’s purchase is subject to the dealership’s customary sales procedures and
requirements.

8. Additional Costs and Expenses

The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the purchase,
ownership, registration, and operation of the vehicle that are not specifically included
in the $30,000 prize credit.

Such costs may include, without limitation:

• Sales tax;
• Title and registration fees;
• License and inspection fees;
• Dealer/documentation fees;
• Financing charges and interest;
• Insurance;
• Optional equipment and accessories;
• Extended warranties or service contracts;
• Maintenance and repairs; and
• Any other governmental, dealership, financing, or ownership-related costs.

The Sponsor will not provide additional cash to cover these expenses.

9. Financing

If the winner chooses to finance any portion of the vehicle purchase, financing is subject
to the applicable lender’s approval and terms.

Winning the Prize Drawing does not guarantee financing approval.

The winner remains responsible for any balance of the purchase price and all applicable
taxes, fees, and other charges.

10. Delivery Deadline

The winner must complete the vehicle purchase and take delivery of the selected vehicle
no later than December 31, 2026.

If the winner fails to complete the purchase and take delivery by December 31, 2026,
the prize may be forfeited, unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor and permitted
by applicable law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays involving vehicle availability, transportation,
financing, insurance, registration, governmental agencies, or other circumstances beyond
the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

11. Winner Verification

Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to provide:

• Proof of identity;
• Proof of age;
• The winning entry;
• Appropriate tax documentation; and
• Any other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor or applicable law.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the required time may result in
disqualification and selection of an alternate winner in accordance with the applicable rules.

12. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes that may result
from acceptance or use of the prize.

The Sponsor may be required to report the value of the prize to applicable taxing authorities.

The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer
identification number and complete applicable tax forms.

The Sponsor makes no representation regarding the tax treatment of the prize.

13. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential winner who:

• Violates these Official Rules;
• Attempts to obtain more than one entry;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Tampers with the entry or drawing process;
• Engages in fraudulent, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct;
• Fails to satisfy eligibility requirements; or
• Is otherwise determined to be ineligible under applicable law or the applicable
  Games of Chance registration or license.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Prize Drawing, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Basil Family Dealerships, the Sponsor,
participating Basil Family Dealerships, The Rich Entertainment Group, The Powerhouse,
and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives,
affiliates, and promotional partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs,
and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Prize Drawing or the
acceptance, purchase, ownership, or use of the prize, except where such limitation is
prohibited by law.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the
Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, city and state
of residence, and statements regarding the Prize Drawing for advertising, promotional,
and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

16. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law and the requirements of the
New York State Gaming Commission, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Prize Drawing if
circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper
administration of the drawing.

Any modification, suspension, or cancellation will be conducted in accordance with
applicable law and the applicable Games of Chance registration or license.

The Basil Family Dealerships reserve the right to modify or cancel the prize drawing
for any reason it deems necessary.

17. Governing Law

The Prize Drawing and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal,
New York State, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and requirements, including
those governing Games of Chance.

18. Official Rules and Registration Information

The Prize Drawing will be conducted pursuant to the applicable New York State Games
of Chance registration/license.
